Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
❌ Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
How to Start a Return

Contact Us
Email us at support with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days.

Pack Your Item
Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include your order number inside the package.

Ship It Back
Send the package to the return address provided by our support team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
