Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment in real time through our carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
